Delicate Irish Beef Fritters
Tender Irish beef mixed with delicate herbs and spices, formed into crispy fritters for a satisfying snack.

- β1/2 cup Onion
- β1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- β2 Eggs
- β1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
- β2 tablespoons Chopped Herbs (Thyme, Rosemary)
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- β4-6 tablespoons Fritter Batter

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground Irish beef, onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, cheddar cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.

4. Divide the mixture into 8-10 portions, depending on desired fritter size.

5. Shape each portion into a ball and then flatten slightly into a disk shape.
