Delicate Korean Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry dish using delicate noodles, Korean chili flakes, and fernbrake for added texture.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Delicate noodles
- β1 cup Fernbrake
- β2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β1 tsp Sesame oilfor cooking
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Cook the delicate noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the fernbrake and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender.

Add the green onions and cook for an additional minute.

In a small bowl, whisk together the light soy sauce and Korean chili flakes.
