Mediterranean Lamb Skewers
Grilled lamb skewers seasoned with herbs and spices, perfect for a summer evening. This dish is inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Delicate olive oil
- β2 tablespoons Mediterranean herb mix
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β12 Skewers, 10-12 inches long
