Norwegian Salmon Wrap
Delicate Norwegian salmon fillet, carefully wrapped in a crunchy wrap with fresh herbs and a hint of lemon.
Ingredients
- β2 pieces delicate norwegian salmon fillet
- β1 large wrap
- β1/4 cup fresh dill
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 tbsp mayonnaise
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.

Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped dill in a small bowl.

Warm the large wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the mayonnaise mixture on the wrap, followed by a cooked salmon fillet.
