Autumn Delight Pilaf
A hearty and flavorful pilaf dish made with roasted butternut squash, perfect for fall and winter seasons.
Ingredients
- β1 medium Butternut squashpeeled and cubed
- β1 package Delicate pilaffollow package instructions for cooking
- β1 tsp Roasted Italian seasoningdried herbs such as oregano, thyme, and rosemary
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor roasting squash
- βto taste Saltfor seasoning
- βto taste Black pepperfor seasoning

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

Cook pilaf according to package instructions. Set aside.

In a large skillet, combine roasted squash, cooked pilaf, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.

Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the pilaf is heated through and the squash is coated with the pilaf.
