Slovakian Delicate Perilla Dumplings
A traditional Slovakian dish made with delicate dumplings and perilla, perfect for a light meal.

- β1 bunch Perilla leaves
- β1 cup All-purpose flourgluten-free
- β2 Eggs
- β1 cup Slovakian cheesevegetarian
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

1. Clean and chop the perilla leaves.

2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, Slovakian cheese, salt, and black pepper.

3. Mix the dough until smooth and elastic.

4. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.

5. Divide the dough into small balls.

6. Flatten each ball of dough into a disk.

7. Place a tablespoon of chopped perilla leaves in the center of each disk.

8. Fold the dough over the perilla leaves and press the edges together to seal.

9. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

10. Carefully add the dumplings to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes.
