Sardinian Trofie with Smoky Lemon Sauce

- β60ml smoked olive oilfor the sauce
- β30ml lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 tsp lemon zestfrom 1 lemon
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β20g delicate herbs (such as parsley or basil)chopped
