- β2 tsp Algerian tagine spice blendavailable at Middle Eastern or North African markets
- β1 cup Sour olivespitted
- β1 cup Delicate apricotsdried
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 cups Chicken broth
- βto taste Salt
