Delicate Chicken Curry
A light and flavorful Indian-inspired dish made with tender chicken and a mix of aromatic spices. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- β1 cup delicate riceUncooked
- β1 medium onionChopped
- β1 cup coconut milkFull-fat
- β2 tbsp sour creamOptional

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
