Delicate Malaysian Cookies
A sweet and delicate Malaysian-inspired cookie recipe with a crunchy exterior and chewy interior.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- β1 cup sugar
- β1 large egg
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1 tsp baking powder
- β1 tsp sesame seeds
- β1 tbsp milk

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whisk together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
