Pan-Seared Snapper with Tunisian Spices
A flavorful and delicate snapper dish inspired by Tunisian cuisine.
Ingredients
- β4 Snapper fillets
- β2 tbsp Delicate olive oilcold-pressed
- β1 tsp Tunisian tagine spice mixavailable at Mediterranean markets
- β2 tbsp Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β Saltto taste
- β Black pepperto taste
- β Fresh parsleychopped, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the snapper fillets with salt and black pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of delicate olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the snapper fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until cooked through.

While the snapper is cooking, mix together the Tunisian tagine spice mix, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
