Turkish Boregi Bites
Delicate Turkish boregi filled with cheese and wrapped in flaky tortillas, perfect as a snack.
Ingredients
- β4-6 tortillasflaky, round tortillas
- β1/4 cup sumelted butter or oil
- β1 block feta cheesecrumbly feta cheese
- β1/4 bunch fresh parsleychopped parsley for garnish
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- βto taste black pepperfor seasoning

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the tortillas into squares, about 4 inches per side.

In a bowl, mix together the feta cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the su on a tortilla square, then place a small spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.

Fold the tortilla into a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cheese mixture.
