French Delicate Omelette
A simple yet elegant omelette dish with a delicate French twist.

- βchopped fresh parsley

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Season with a pinch of salt.

Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.

Once the butter has melted, pour in the eggs. Let them cook for about 10 seconds.

Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the omelette towards the center.

Continue cooking and folding the omelette until the eggs are almost set.
