Delicious Knafeh Papillote
A unique and tasty dessert combining the traditional venezuelan papillote with the popular middle eastern knafeh. A sweet and crispy treat.

- β200g knafeh cheeseshredded
- β100g deep fried doughshredded
- β50ml maple syrup
- β20ml honey
- β20ml lemon juice
- β50g pistachioschopped
- β20g pumpkin seedschopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

Wrap the knafeh cheese and deep fried dough in a square piece of parchment paper.

Drizzle the maple syrup, honey, and lemon juice over the cheese and dough.

Sprinkle the pistachios and pumpkin seeds on top.

Fold the parchment paper into a triangle and tie with string.
