Traditional Slovakian Frittata
A hearty Slovakian-inspired omelette, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or brunch.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together 6 eggs and a pinch of salt.

Add 1 cup of shredded molten cheese to the bowl and stir to combine.

Heat a 9-inch (23cm) oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook until the edges start to set, about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two.

Use a spatula to carefully loosen the edges of the frittata from the skillet.

Slide the frittata onto a serving plate and slice it into wedges.
