Kung Pao Chicken Wings
A spicy and savory twist on traditional Chinese street food, featuring crispy fried chicken wings in a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon honey
- β1 tablespoon cornstarch
- β1/2 cup peanut oil
- β2 inches ginger
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- β4 scallions
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
