- β2 cups all-purpose flourfor donuts
- β1 tsp peruvian spicesmix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger
- β0.5 tsp koi spice mixfor topping
- β0.5 tsp pak spice mixfor topping
- β1/4 cup vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 cup honeyfor syrup

Combine mashed sweet potatoes, flour, and spices in a bowl.
