Crunchy Mexican Chicken Tacos
A flavorful and crunchy twist on traditional Mexican tacos, made with crispy chicken, crunchy slaw, and fresh cilantro.

- β8-10 Tortillas
- β1 head Lettuce
- β1/2 head Red cabbage
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 tsp Mexican seasoning
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β Salt and pepper

Season the chicken with Mexican seasoning and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, combine the red cabbage, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice in a bowl.
