German-Style Empanada Filling
A twist on traditional empanadas, this German-inspired filling is made with crunchy corn and a hint of Venezuelan flair.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup bell pepperdiced

- ●1/2 cup cheddar cheeseshredded
