Delicious Pork Scallion Pancake
A crispy and savory Chinese-inspired pancake filled with pork and scallions.
Ingredients
- β1 cup All-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup Water
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β1 pound Pork, ground
- β1/2 cup Scallions, thinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sugar
- β2 tablespoons Cornstarch

1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and 1/4 cup of warm water. Mix until a dough forms.

2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it becomes smooth.

3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.

4. Roll out each piece into a thin circle.

5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

7. Place a dough circle in the pan and cook for 2 minutes on the first side.

8. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes.
