Goat Cheese Polish Casserole
A rich and creamy casserole featuring the tangy flavors of goat cheese, perfect for a cold winter evening.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Goat Cheesecrumbly
- β1 loaf Dense Polish Breadcubed
- β4 tbsp Delicious Buttersoftened
- β1 lb Polish Sausagesliced
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, cook the Polish sausage over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add the crumbly goat cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted and smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed Polish bread, cooked sausage mixture, and melted goat cheese mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and dot the top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.

Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
