Turkish-Style Cheese Bake
A rich and savory Turkish-inspired cheese bake, perfect for a comforting meal. This dish is a delicious twist on traditional cheese and pastry combinations.
Ingredients
- β200g Turkish Cheese (Lurpak or similar)
- β4 slices Dense Bread (Challah or similar)
- β50g Butter
- β1 clove Garlic
- β10g Fresh Parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Cut the dense bread into 1-inch (2.5cm) cubes and place in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the Turkish cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Add the cheese mixture to the bread cubes and mix until well combined.

Add the melted butter to the bread mixture and mix until the bread is evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch (23cm) round baking dish.
