Instructions
- 1
In a large bowl, combine the lamb mince, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, and Greek seasoning. Mix well with your hands until just combined.
- 2
Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 3
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Divide the lamb mixture into 8-10 portions and shape each portion into a small kofta.
- 4
Thread the koftas onto skewers, if using, and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- 5
While the koftas are cooking, prepare the keftedes. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, and a pinch of black pepper.
- 6
Dip each kofta into the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- 7
Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the keftedes for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- 8
Serve the lamb koftas with the crispy keftedes and a side of your favorite Greek salad or roasted vegetables.
