Welsh Rarebit
A classic British dish originating from Wales, this Welsh Rarebit recipe combines melted cheese with a rich and tangy sauce, served over toasted bread.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons ButterUnsalted
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- β1 teaspoon Mustard
- β1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- β1/2 cup Beer
- β Salt and pepperto taste
- β4 slices Breadwhite or whole wheat
