Irish Semolina Cake

- β1/2 cup light brown sugar
- β1/2 cup unsalted buttermelted
- β2 large eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1/4 cup deliciously dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together semolina flour, light brown sugar, and deliciously dark chocolate chips.
