- β6 oz, diced Norwegian smoked salmon
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 medium, peeled and sliced Carrots
- β2 medium, peeled and cubed Potatoes
- β2 tbsp Tomato paste
- β2 cups Beef broth
- β1 tsp, dried Dill
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until softened, 5 minutes.
