Kenyan Beef Wrap
A flavorful and tender beef wrap inspired by Kenyan cuisine, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

- β1 medium TomatoDiced
- β1 medium CucumberSliced
- βHandful LettuceChopped

- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 inches GingerGrated
- β1 teaspoon Curry powderTo taste
- β1/2 teaspoon PaprikaTo taste
- β SaltTo taste
- β Black pepperTo taste
- β1 large Tortilla wrapFor serving

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

Add onion, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and kale to skillet and cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
