Kerala Tikka Noodle Bowl
A flavorful and spicy Indian-inspired noodle bowl made with marinated chicken tikka, served over a bed of noodles and topped with a delicious kerala-style sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons delightful curry powder
- β1 teaspoon masala
- β8 ounces noodle
- β1 cup kerala sauce
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
- β1/2 cup yogurtfor marinating chicken

In a large bowl, whisk together curry powder, masala, and yogurt.

Add the chicken to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions.
