Tunisian Quinoa Pilaf
A Japanese twist on the traditional Tunisian pilaf, incorporating quinoa for a nutritious and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Quinoa
- β1 cup Tunisian pilaf mix
- β2 cups Delightful chicken brothhomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- β1 bunch Scallions
- β1 inch Grated ginger
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add grated ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add soy sauce and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly.

Add Tunisian pilaf mix and cook, stirring frequently, for 2-3 minutes.

Add quinoa and chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
