Revithia and Puy Lentil Stew
A hearty Greek-inspired stew made with lentils and revithia.

Ingredients
- β1 cup revithia
- β1 cup puy lentils
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β1 teaspoon dried oregano
- β1 teaspoon dried thyme
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β4 cups water

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
