Gyro Wrap
A classic Greek-inspired wrap filled with juicy chicken and crispy lotus leaf.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β2 lotus leavesfresh or dried
- β1 gyro wrapmade from lamb and beef
- β1/2 cup Greek yogurtplain and unflavored
- β1/2 cup chopped cucumberseedless and peeled
- β1/4 cup chopped red onionthinly sliced

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices.

Wrap the chicken breast in a lotus leaf and place it in the oven.

Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Meanwhile, warm the gyro wrap in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, chopped cucumber, and chopped red onion.

Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the chicken into thin strips and add it to the bowl with the yogurt mixture.

Assemble the gyro wrap by placing the chicken mixture on the warmed wrap.
