Argentinian Chocolate Brownie Bars
Rich, dense, and fudgy brownie bars with a hint of argentinian chocolate, perfect for a snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- β1 cup (200g) Argentinian chocolate
- β1 package (120g) dense browniescrushed into crumbs
- β1/2 cup (60g) chipschopped, for topping
- β1/2 cup (110g) unsalted butter
- β1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- β1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- β1/4 tsp (1.25g) salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until smooth.

In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

Add the flour and salt to the sugar mixture, and stir until just combined.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture, and stir until well combined.

Stir in the brownie crumbs.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.

Remove from the oven, and let cool completely in the pan.

Once cool, cut into bars, and top with chopped chips.
