Polish Fried Rice Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole made with fried rice, dense polish sausage, and melted manchego cheese.
Ingredients

- ●2 cups Fried rice
- ●1 cup shredded Manchego cheese
- ●1 medium, diced Onion
- ●3 cloves, minced Garlic

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the polish sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

In a separate skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the cooked sausage and onion mixture to the fried rice and stir-fry until well combined.

Transfer the rice mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the shredded manchego cheese over the top of the rice mixture.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
