Morbier Papillote with Argentinian Salsa
A flavorful and healthy papillote dish featuring morbier cheese, paired with a tangy Argentinian salsa.
Ingredients
- β8 oz morbier cheese
- β1/4 cup argentinian chimichurri
- β4 count papillote
- β1/4 cup fresh parsley
- β1 clove garlic
- β1 slice lemon
- β1 tsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut 4 pieces of parchment paper to size.

Place a slice of morbier cheese on each piece of paper.

Add a spoonful of argentinian chimichurri on top of the cheese.

Fold the paper over to create a papillote, and twist the top.

Place the papillotes on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the parsley and mince the garlic.

Squeeze a slice of lemon over the parsley.

Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the parsley mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove the papillotes from the oven and serve with the parsley sauce.
