Tibs with Ethiopian Spices
A spicy beef stir-fry dish originating from Ethiopia. Tibs can be made with a variety of meats, but beef is a classic choice.

- β1 medium onion
- β1 medium red bell pepper
- β2 tablespoons tibs spice mix
- β2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon black pepper
- β2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

Add onion and red bell pepper to skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add tibs spice mix and stir to combine.

Return beef to skillet and stir to combine with spice mix.
