Muhammara Stuffed Red Peppers
A flavorful twist on traditional stuffed peppers, featuring muhammara as the filling.

Ingredients
- β4 Red Peppersany color pepper will work, but red adds extra sweetness
- β1 cup Muhammarastore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Ricecooked according to package instructions
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsleyoptional garnish
- β2 tbsp Olive Oilfor brushing peppers
- β Saltto taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove seeds and membranes.

Place peppers in a baking dish and brush with olive oil.

Fill each pepper with a portion of muhammara, followed by a scoop of cooked rice.

Top with chopped parsley, if using.

Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until peppers are tender.
