Spicy Papelon Stir Fry
A spicy and flavorful stir fry made with papelon, Korean chili flakes, and a blend of herbs.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Papelon
- β2 cups Densecut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Gingergrate
- β2 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Rice vinegar
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the papelon and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until it starts to soften.

Add the dense, Korean chili flakes, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Season with salt to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.

Adjust the heat level to your liking by adding more or less Korean chili flakes.
