Spanish Paella
A traditional Spanish dish made with saffron-infused rice, vegetables, and savory meats. This paella recipe serves 4 and takes about 45 minutes to prepare and cook.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Spanish rice
- β1 pound, cut into 1-inch pieces Chicken breast
- β1, peeled and segmented Grapefruit
- β2, diced Dense tomatoes
- β2 cups Malty chicken broth
- β1/4 teaspoon Spanish smoked paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the grapefruit, tomatoes, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the rice to the pan and stir to coat with the oil and mix with the vegetables.

Add the chicken broth to the pan and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.
