Chimichurri Prawn Bowl

- β1 cup fresh parsleychopped
- β2 tsp dried oreganopreferably Uruguayan
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp red pepper flakesoptional, for some heat
- β2 tbsp red wine vinegargood quality
- β2 tbsp mustard oilfor a dense and tangy flavor
