Hearty Norwegian Bean Stew

- β4 dried bay leavesRemove before serving

- β1 large, diced onion
- β2 medium, peeled and diced carrot
- β2 stalks, diced celery
- β4 cups stew broth
- β1 can diced tomatoes

In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine the Norwegian beans, cannellini beans, thyme, bay leaves, and peppercorns.
