Peruvian-Style Grilled Duck Tenders with Spicy Tzatziki Sauce
A fusion dish that combines the flavors of Peru and the comfort of a summer day. The tender duck is marinated in a zesty mixture and grilled to perfection, served with a refreshing and spicy tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tablespoon Aji amarillo pepper
- β1 cup Greek yogurt
- β1/2 cup Cucumber
- β1/4 cup Red onion
- β1 tablespoon Cilantro
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Pepper

In a blender or food processor, combine lime juice, garlic, aji amarillo pepper, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Place the duck breast in a large zip-top plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the duck and seal the bag. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove the duck from the marinade and shake off any excess.
