Saudian Skillet Chicken and Tomatoes
A flavorful and spicy dish from Saudi Arabia, made with chicken, tomatoes, and Arabian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β skilletfor cooking
- β1 teaspoon dutch spice
- β1/2 teaspoon cumin
- β1 can cherry tomatoesdrained and chopped
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the onion and garlic to the skillet.

Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cumin, tomato paste, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
