Moroccan Smoked Cobnut Delight
A flavorful couscous dish featuring smoky cobnuts and rich moroccan spices.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Couscouspreferably whole wheat
- β1 cup, chopped Smoked Cobnutssubstitute with almonds if unavailable
- β2 tbsp Dense Olive Oilsmoky flavor preferred
- β1 tsp Royal Cinnamonground
- β1 tsp Moroccan Spicesblend of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

1. Heat the dense olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the chopped smoked cobnuts and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

3. Add the couscous to the skillet and stir to combine with the cobnuts.

4. Add the royal cinnamon, moroccan spices, and salt. Stir to combine.

5. Reduce heat to low and cover the skillet with a lid.

6. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the couscous is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.

7. Fluff the couscous mixture with a fork and serve hot.
