Smoked Beetroot Stew

- β500g Norwegian smoked sausage
- β3 Beetroot
- β4 Carrots
- β2 Potatoes
- β1 Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1L Beef broth
- βa sprig Thyme

Heat a large pot over medium heat.

Add the Norwegian smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
