Brazilian Casserole with Sour Cookie Crust
A twist on traditional casserole recipes, this Brazilian-inspired dish combines the flavors of Brazil with a tangy sour cookie crust.
Ingredients

- β1 cup sour cream
- β1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- β1 can canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- β1 can canned diced tomatoes
- β1 tsp Brazilian-style spicescumin, paprika
- β salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a medium bowl, mix together cookie crumbs and sour cream until well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
