French Pecorino Gratin
A rich and creamy side dish that showcases the bold flavors of Pecorino cheese. Perfect for accompanying roasted meats or vegetables.

- β1 cup (120g), grated Pecorino cheese
- β1 cup (120g), cubed dense bread
- β2 tablespoons tangy butter
- β1 cup (120g) gratin
- βto taste salt
- βto taste freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine cubed bread and grated Pecorino cheese.

In a separate saucepan, melt tangy butter over low heat.

Add grated bread mixture to the saucepan and stir until bread is evenly coated.

Transfer bread mixture to a baking dish and top with additional grated Pecorino cheese.
