Uruguayan-Style Brussels Sprouts Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with sautéed Brussels sprouts, crispy bacon, and a tangy Uruguayan-inspired sauce.
Ingredients

- ●1 large wrap Dense breadpreferably a crusty bread
- ●1/2 cup, crumbled Uruguayan cheeseor similar feta-style cheese
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oil

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.

3. Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook until tender and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
