Smoked Chicken Tinola
A Filipino-inspired chicken soup with a smoky twist, made with smoked chicken and dill.

- β1 pound Smoked ChickenShredded or diced
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 cups RiceCooked
- β2 tablespoons Fish SauceOptional
- β2 tablespoons Pickle JuiceOptional
- β1 tablespoon DillChopped
- β2 cups TinolaChicken broth

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Saute the onion and garlic until softened.
