Japanese Beef Udon Stir Fry
A quick and delicious Japanese-inspired stir fry made with tender beef and udon noodles.

- β8 ounces udon noodlesfresh or frozen

Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
