Jamaican Stir Fry
A flavorful and vibrant stir fry dish inspired by the spices of Jamaica, served with a side of rice.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Vermicelli
- β2 teaspoons Jamaican spice blend
- β1 cup, sliced Colorful bell peppers
- β1 cup, sliced Dramatic onions
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1 cup Optional: your favorite stir-fry protein (chicken, tofu, etc.)
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and bell peppers and stir-fry until they begin to soften.

Add the Jamaican spice blend and stir-fry for another minute.

If using protein, add it to the skillet and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add the vermicelli noodles to the skillet and stir-fry until they are well coated with the spice blend and slightly toasted.

Season with salt to taste.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional Jamaican spice blend if desired.
